Quality assurance

Our quality-focused employees and quality assurance measures ensure the safety of our products - even during the planning phase. During the production process, we document the quality of your products by means of checks carried out by the machine operator on the basis of an inspection list; a 3D measuring device report is then filled out.

  • 5 CNC measuring machines in air-conditioned rooms for parts with a size up to a block with a 4 x 5 x 2,5 m side length
  • RILE-specific quality control plans

  • Marking of first raw part per production lot
  • 100% operator control at plant workstations
  • Random checks in micro-inspection room for each production lot
